Can my metal art be displayed outside?
Yes, your metal art can go outside if the shop product information says it can. Your metal art is stainless-steel so is fine outside, but please note that some nuts & bolts used in your art may not be stainless-steel so may rust over time and exposure to wet weather. To clean simply use a fine wire brush or fine wire wool or bring them inside for winter or wet weather. If you want to display them outside (but hate rust on nuts & bolts) displaying them undercover is most ideal.

Can my mosaic art be displayed outside?
No, not unless specifically designed for outside display and stated in the shop product information. These mosaics are fragile and also backed onto wood, which would absorb water over time and warp & break your mosaic. These pieces are specifically designed to be eye-catching indoor statement art for your walls. I design outdoor mosaics on special request.

How do I clean my mosaic art?
Gently wipe clean the front of your art with a soft cloth and if it's displayed indoors, seal it with a little furniture polish on that soft cloth once a month after cleaning. Please note that outdoor mosaic art exposed to sunlight should not be sealed with furniture polish or varnish as the protective layer will yellow over time if constantly exposed to sunlight.

How do I clean my metal art?

Hot soapy water is fine for general cleaning, but please note that some nuts and bolts used in your art may not be stainless-steel so may rust over time and exposure to wet weather. Can I order a special commission? 
Yes, you can via our Contact us page which sends an email to me so that we can discuss your metal or mosaic requirements. We also now make Pet Portrait mosaics to order based on your pets photo.

The product I want is "out of stock" or "sold", what are my options? You can get in touch with us via our Contact us page which sends an email to me so that we can discuss your metal or mosaic requirements. We can always make another one, provided that we have all of the recycled parts in stock. Please note that no two pieces of art are ever exactly the same though.

How long will my parcels delivery take?
We're based in France and aim to get your parcel out to you within a day or two of receiving your order, unless it's not in stock and still needs to be hand-made. Depending on your location, it can take only a few days or upto a maximum of 14 days for international delivery. Please allow a maximum of 14 days delivery time if waiting on your parcel for a special event (birthday, anniversary gift etc).

How much is postage and packaging?
Postage and packaging is calculated based on item cost, size, weight and your country location which is calculated at the checkout. All of our postal rates match the prices calculated on weight and country by our prefered parcel delivery service Colissimo here in France.

Do you post internationally? will there be customs charges?
Yes, we do post internationally. If your country is not listed at checkout please get in touch with us via our Contact us form and we can add that country for you. We would be happy to give you a quote. There may be customs charges to your country so please do check before purchase. Also please note that this now applies for UK customers.

I live in the UK what are my options?
Yes, we do post to the UK, along with custom declaration forms and your invoices. Please note that customs charges may apply after sale on import into the UK. These are outside of our control. If you live in the UK and would like to order, please contact us first via our Contact us form to discuss your questions.

What paperwork is inside my parcel?
We include some paperwork inside your parcel. Your sales invoice, delivery information (plus email & telephone number), customs declaration (where applicable) and our advertising business cards for future correspondence.

My parcel arrived faulty or broken, what are my options?
Please send details of your order and problem, via our Contact us page, along with photographs of the problem and we will initiate a claim on your behalf.

I want to return my item, is this okay?
Yes, returns are allowed as part of EU rules. The buyer is however responsible for return postal fees. Please contact me first via our Contact us page to try to resolve any issues.

Do you use recycled environmentally friendly packaging?
We re-use old (clean) packaging that has already had a previous life to ensure that we do our part to reduce the amount of packaging waste. We also try to reduce our use of plastic where possible.

How do I contact you about a commission or ask a special request (gift wrapping etc)? Please visit our Contact us page which emails me, so that we can discuss your special metal or mosaic requirements. We can also gift wrap for you if you tell us before we receive your order.
